Every room includes furniture, WiFi, utilities, and access to the common spaces. Rates shown are twelve-month and apply to agreements beginning January 2027, with a nine-month academic-year term available on any room. Availability changes by lease cycle, so start with the room style that fits best.

The rates above are twelve-month rates, the same basis a Westwood apartment quotes on. The difference is what the number covers. An apartment arrives empty, with utilities, internet, and renters insurance still to sort out and a deposit due before you have moved a single box. Here one figure covers the room, the furniture, utilities, WiFi, laundry, and the shared kitchen and study spaces.

Twelve months
Your room stays yours through the summer, for research, an internship, or simply because you would rather not move twice. This is the lowest monthly rate we offer and the one to hold up against an apartment listing.
Academic year · add $150 a month
Mid-September to mid-June
Only need the school year? Take the nine-month term, leave after spring finals, and owe nothing over the summer — no rent on an empty room and no subletter to find in April. Almost no apartment near campus will offer you that at any price.
For agreements beginning January 2027, covering winter and spring 2027 and carried unchanged into the 2027–28 academic year — there is no mid-year increase. Rates are per person, per month, and exclude the refundable security deposit. Private rooms vary by tier; the rate shown is the starting one. Availability changes by lease cycle.
