Westholme Park is a premium shared housing community designed specifically for female students attending UCLA, UCLA Extension, and Santa Monica College.
Our Mission
We believe every student deserves a safe, beautiful, and supportive place to call home while pursuing their education. Our property combines hotel-quality finishes with the warmth of a shared community — giving you privacy when you need it and connection when you want it.
Founded by Affinity House, Westholme Park is managed with care and attention to detail. From the moment you tour to the day you move out, our team is here to make your living experience seamless.
House Rules
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM on weeknights. Respect your neighbors.
No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property.
Guests
Overnight guests require prior approval. Max 2 nights per week.
Shared Spaces
Clean up after yourself in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
Rent & Payments
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 5th.
Move-Out Notice
30 days written notice required unless otherwise specified in your lease.
Location
We're located directly across from the UCLA campus in Westwood, Los Angeles. Walk to class in minutes, or hop on the Big Blue Bus for easy access to Santa Monica and the rest of LA.
